Agreement

By using TaxosAgent.com Inc. services, you agree to these terms. We deliver AI-assisted tax preparation, bookkeeping, entity formation, and financial planning with licensed-professional review.

The Four-Way Win

Every transaction must benefit you (the client), our licensed professionals, the platform, and the system. We do not optimize for one party at the expense of others.

Scope of Services

Genie surfaces tax strategies based on your data. Licensed professionals review and sign all final work product. Genie analysis without professional review is informational; signed deliverables are binding work product.

Pricing

Current subscription tiers (annual billing, per-month rate shown): Genie Strategy: $20/month ($240/yr, includes W-2 filing + 1 pro strategy call/year). Personal+: $49/month ($588/yr). Personal Elite: $99/month ($1,188/yr). Starter: $49/month ($588/yr). Business: $99/month ($1,188/yr). Empire: $249/month ($2,988/yr). White Glove: contact us. Add-ons available separately. Guarantee

TaxosAgent evaluates fit before onboarding. We take on clients we are confident we can bring real, measurable tax savings to. If we take you on as a paid subscriber and your first year of paid membership does not save you more in taxes than the subscription cost, we will refund your subscription in full.

Calculation methodology: Savings are measured as the difference between taxes owed under strategies implemented through TaxosAgent versus taxes owed under your prior-year baseline, as verified by a licensed professional. Only strategies reviewed and approved by a licensed TaxosAgent professional qualify toward the savings calculation.

Eligible periods: The guarantee applies to your first year of paid membership. It does not apply to free-tier accounts or to any renewal year.

Dispute resolution: To invoke the guarantee, submit a written request to legal@taxosagent.com within 30 days after your first annual membership period ends. We will review the savings calculation with you. Disputes not resolved within 30 days of that written request are subject to binding arbitration under Delaware law.

Limitations: The guarantee does not apply where client-provided data is inaccurate, incomplete, or materially changed after professional review; where the client declines to implement a recommended strategy; or where regulatory changes after our review date eliminate a strategy’s applicability.

Professional Standards

Our licensed professionals operate under their applicable bar/board ethics rules. We follow IRC, IRS Pub 5293, AICPA standards, and applicable state tax-preparer registration requirements.

Limitation of Liability

We are liable for our work product to the extent permitted by professional standards. We provide audit defense within professional liability scope. Client must provide accurate data; outcomes depend on data quality.

Audit Rights and Transparency

You have the right to audit our work on your account. We maintain immutable audit logs. We follow the law and hold accountable any party — including auditing institutions — that fails to do the same.

Termination

You may terminate at any time. Data retention applies per Privacy Policy. We may terminate for non-payment or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

Delaware law. Disputes via binding arbitration unless prohibited by your jurisdiction.
