Who We Are

TaxosAgent.com Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation, operates this platform. We provide AI-assisted tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial intelligence services with licensed-professional review.

What We Collect

Account data: name, email, phone, address, business entity type. Tax data: documents you upload, returns we prepare, strategies we surface. Usage data: pages viewed, features used, time spent. Payment data: processed via Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How We Use Your Data

To prepare and file your tax returns, deliver bookkeeping services, surface tax strategies, and provide professional review. We use anonymized patterns from documents to improve Genie's accuracy across all clients.

Data Retention

Anonymous uploads (no account): permanent. PII is scrubbed; only patterns retained for system learning. Signed-up clients: retained per longest applicable IRS retention period — typically seven (7) years from the latest of filing date, due date, or assessment; indefinitely if a fraud flag applies. Deletion requests: account closed but tax records retained per statute for your audit defense. After retention expires, cryptographic destruction with audit trail.

Who Has Access

Licensed professionals on our team review your returns under strict NDA. Subprocessors include Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic and Google (AI inference), Stripe (payments). We do not sell your data. Ever.

Your Rights

Under CCPA, GDPR, and state laws: access, correction, deletion (subject to retention obligations above), portability, and objection to processing. Request via privacy@taxosagent.com.

Security

WISP compliant per IRS Pub 5293. PII scrubbed at sub-millisecond latency before AI processing. Encryption at rest and in transit. Audit logs immutable.
